With a Master's in Business Management from St. Xavier's College under Tribhuvan University, he brings a strong blend of strategic foresight and people-centered leadership.
In addition to leading Gaura Construction, he serves as Chairman of Hathway Investment Ltd. and Alaka Investment Pvt. Ltd., and has held key positions at IME Insurance Company Ltd., Hathway Finance Ltd., and Aarohi Tours and Travel Pvt. Ltd. Recognized by the Prime Minister's Office for excellence in the 86 MW Hydroelectric Project (2022), Mr. Poudel continues to inspire progress through integrity, innovation, and purpose.
Our team is flexible and able to adjust to clients’ specific needs with respect to geography, internal processes, and systems, as well as the availability of resources. The core team of project managers consists of graduate civil, mechanical, and industrial engineers, with in-house Cost Management, Quality Control and Administration Support complementing our service delivery.
We have been involved in projects of repetitive nature and are in a position to package total solutions in a Turnkey format for similar projects. Alongside, we nominate the appropriate team for each project based on complexity and understanding the interpersonal relationships that need to be maintained for an effective outcome.
